Wandering Around Chinatown and Catching Up

Leanne Cole PHOTOGRAPHY

It is time to get back to reality and I’m now back home. I have to get my act together quickly as I am required to get a heap of writing done. It is nice to be busy and besides lots of articles I am getting booked for more One on One Photography Lessonswhich are great. It is good that I work well under pressure.

It is busy right now and I’m doing this from the Mallee, so I will just get on with it this week.

But first, WordPress have made some more changes and it is making it harder and harder to do this post here. Next week we might try it on the Website, I will add a link here.

My photo this week, I took it the other day when I was going around Lake Albacutya. I liked how the clouds were looking and this plant on top of a small sand hill out the back. I am going to put the colour version of this up on my website blog.

Up Before the Birds and Catching up

This last week hasn’t been any different to others. It is all go, but that isn’t a bad thing. I like being busy, it is really nice. I’ve also had a wonderful opportunity to meet some bloggers, which is always lovely.

This Blog

I have just discovered that I can transfer all my followers to the blog on my website. I am unsure about doing this, but it seems like a logical thing to do. It is easy for you and for me. You won’t get email updates on what I’m doing unless you sign up for that, but my posts would still appear in the reader.

I haven’t made a decision about it yet, but would like to hear what you think about it. If I decide to do it it will be in a few months.

MM 2-52: Second Year Anniversary

Leanne Cole PHOTOGRAPHY

We made it.

Here we are two years later and we are still going. Perhaps not as strongly as we were a year ago, but we are still here.

Congratulations to everyone who has participated over the last two years, it has been wonderful seeing all the images.

From now on we will start with 3, so next week it will be MM 3-1.

I had another image that I was going to use, a close up of a flower, but when I went to St Leonards last week I saw these lovelies and managed to get two close together. I decided they had to be my image for this special Monochrome Madness.

Tamron Macro Lens
written by Leanne Cole
I have a macro lens that is for sale. It is the Tamron 90mm macro for a Nikon Camera. It is for sale for $250. If you live around Melbourne and are interested send me an email.

It is missing the lens cap, but does come with a UV filter.

This image was taken with the lens.
